Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.
In short
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page is tested with automated checks at mobile and desktop sizes and checked by keyboard. If anything stops you using the site, call or email us and we will help.
What accessibility standard does this website meet?
This website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 (opens in a new tab) at level AA, the standard referred to by the Australian Human Rights Commission for websites under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
What have we done to make this website accessible?
We built every page to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and 200% zoom, with enough colour contrast and nothing that relies on colour alone.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Text and buttons meet WCAG AA colour contrast
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Forms have labels, clear error messages and an error summary
- Pages reflow to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling
- Animation stops when your device is set to reduce motion
How was this website tested?
Every page is tested with automated axe-core accessibility checks at mobile and desktop widths each time the site is built, and key tasks such as the quote form are checked by keyboard.
- Automated checks
- axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, every page
- Keyboard checks
- Navigation, menus, forms and popups
- Screen reader checks
- [NVDA and VoiceOver, date tested]
- Last full review
- 26 September 2026
