Not sure what you need?
Start with what’s happening at your site.

Most clients call us about a problem, not a service. Pick the one that sounds familiar and we’ll show you how we handle it.

How we protect your site

Every service runs through our Melbourne control room and is delivered by licensed officers who are inducted on your site before their first shift.

You get one point of contact, one fixed-price quote and a report after every shift.

Inside our 24/7 control room

Every guard, patrol and monitored camera reports back to one room in Port Melbourne, staffed by our own operators every hour of the year.

  • Operators see alarms and camera events the moment they trigger
  • Officers on shift check in every hour, and duress alerts are answered straight away
  • Patrols are sent from the nearest car, not a fixed roster
  • Every event is logged with time, photos and outcome for your report

If an intrusion is confirmed and someone may be in danger, the operator calls Victoria Police on Triple Zero (000) first, then sends our nearest patrol.

Questions clients ask us

Can’t find what you need? Call 1300 975 707 or email hello@bluestonesecurity.com.au.

Are your security guards licensed?

Yes. Bluestone Security holds a Private Security Business Licence issued by Victoria Police, and every officer holds a current individual licence for the work they do, such as unarmed guarding or crowd control. We’re happy to share licence details before a shift starts.

How quickly can you put a guard on site?

For urgent requests we can often have a licensed officer on site the same day, and usually within 24 hours. Call the control room on 1300 975 707 and we’ll confirm availability on the call.

Do you offer one-off or short-term shifts?

Yes. We cover single shifts, weekends, shutdown periods and events as well as ongoing contracts. There’s no lock-in for short-term cover.

What happens on a mobile patrol?

A marked patrol car visits at times that change every night, so nobody can predict them. Officers check doors, gates, fences and lighting, record each visit with photos and a time stamp, and report anything out of place.

Can you monitor the cameras we already have?

In most cases, yes. Most modern IP camera systems and many older recorders can connect to our control room. We’ll check your system during the free site assessment.

Which parts of Melbourne do you cover?

All of greater Melbourne, from Werribee and Tullamarine to Epping, Ringwood, Dandenong South and Frankston. For sites further out, ask us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

How is pricing worked out?

Guarding is priced per hour, patrols per visit and monitoring per month. Overnight, weekend and public holiday rates follow the Security Services Industry Award. After the site assessment you get one fixed quote with no hidden extras.
